HB 500 Sheet and Plates is a wear-resistant, high-strength steel in sheet and plate form. It contains manganese (Mn), carbon (C), silicon (Si), and chromium (Cr) to provide increased hardness and strength. Its mechanical properties are usually 500 HB in hardness, tensile strength around 1700-2000 MPa, and yield strength around 1500 MPa.
